park Rules

Observe the following lakefront rules:

-All dogs must be on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times at the park. Dogs swimming must be on the leash and under the control of the owner at all times. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended including but not limited to being leashed and left tied to a tree, fence, or picnic table

-The use of park trash barrels is for litter/trash from your visit to the park that day only. Disposing of personal household trash at the park is prohibited

-Refrain from offensive language

-Use only non-glass containers

-Treat park employees with respect

-Reserve boat launch area for launching only

-Swim in designated areas only

-Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are strictly forbidden

-Public intoxication and/or excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited

-No person shall possess or discharge weapons, firearms or fireworks in the park

-Excessive noise is prohibited

-No carving, painting or vandalizing any tree, fence, sign, building or park property

-Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY for lake swimming

-Docks are for temporary docking only

-No cars, boats, trailers or vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on park grounds. Violators will be towed
