To register any new vehicles and/or remove vehicle(s), you will utilize the Vehicle Information Change form.  An insurance certificate will be required to verify ownership.

Golf cart registration is required to park a golf cart onsite.

This is an application for a new LHCA security gate card. 

One gate card is included with your membership and is used year to year.  Members are allowed a total of two (2) gate cards.  If you had two cards and lost one, please indicate (in the form) the number on the gate card you still possess.  Otherwise, we will disable both cards at the gate and only enable the one card we’ve sent you for this request.

After completing and submitting the form, you should submit your payment of $50 (per gate card) via the online portal or check to LHCA, P.O. 92649, Austin, TX 78709. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a new gate card.

This is an application for a space in the LHPA Kayak and Canoe Racks. 

The rental fee is $150 per year per space.  We assess the fee in your annual invoice, or if you are coming in mid-year, you will pay the prorated amount beginning in the following month from when you are paying. 

All checks need to be mailed to LHCA, P.O. Box 92649, Austin, TX 78709. It is important to keep your payment up to date as we do monitor the racks and will remove boats that we are not current on their payments. 

Important Note: Please be sure to secure your canoe or kayak with a chain and lock. Over the years, boats have been stolen and not recovered. Our kayak rack administrator will be available for questions or concerns.
