Kayak and Canoe Rack

The rental of storage for canoes and kayaks at the Lake Hills park is on a space availability basis.  One may request storage space by submitting a completed eForm below.

Kayak and Canoe Rack Space Rental Form

This is an application for a space in the LHPA Kayak and Canoe Racks. The rental fee is $150 per year per space. Once notified of a space, you should email the completed Canoe & Kayak Agreement Form to [email protected] and submit your payment of $150 per space via one of the ways to pay options.  Space rental is based on calendar year and will not be prorated for use.  In the following years, your annual assessment statement will include the kayak and canoe storage fee that must be paid to renew your storage space.


Space renters will agree to the following liability for storage:

I have and do hereby assume all of the risks of use of the canoe & kayak racks and will hold Lake Hills Park Association (LHPA), its employees, managers, agents, trustees, officers and affiliates harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether for bodily injury, property damage or loss or otherwise, which I now have or which may arise from or in connection with my use of the LHPA canoe & kayak racks and adjoining areas.  I, along with my family or heirs, understand and agree that we cannot sue Lake Hills Park Association, its employees, managers, trustees, affiliates and/or associates, and if I do, I cannot collect any money / monetary damages whatsoever.  In addition, I will pay for Lake Hills Park Association attorney and court fees associated with any litigation I might bring against Lake Hills Community Association, its employees, managers, agents, trustees, officers, affiliates and/or associates.  I fully understand that my physical activity involves the potential risk of injury.

Responsibilities of Renter:

To store boat(s) in assigned space(s) only and not on the ground or in other spaces.

To make sure boats are not collecting rain water in the hull.

To secure boat(s) to the rack with chain and lock.

To keep your payment up to date because we do monitor the racks and remove boats that we deem not to have paid.
